About Me

Hello! My name is Rene Batson. I am so glad that you have stopped by to learn more about how I can help you with your personal or professional growth.
A little bit about me... I am a mom to three daughters, a grandmother to two wonderful grandchildren, a wife to my husband of 35 years.
Personally, I've been celebrating my growth journey for more than ten years. In 2015 I received my Bachelor's Degree in Adult Education and Training, and just this month, I completed my Master's Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership. I also completed several other personal goals along the way, such as becoming a coach and growing my hobby as a photographer.
As a certified Robbins-Madane Strategic Intervention Coach, I have been able to use my coaching skills in the professional environment for more than 10 years. I've learned that the key to being a great manager, parent, or partner, is to be able to care about others' needs, know yourself well, and communicate effectively.
