A Thousand Good Ideas!

Experts estimate that the mind thinks between 60,000 – 80,000 thoughts a day. That's an average of 2500 – 3,300 thoughts per hour! How many great ideas are in the midst of those thoughts? Not just the money-makers- ideas can also be those goal-supporting thoughts that could make us successful in creating our new reality. Recognizing and following through on those ideas can really help create a breakthrough! For example, my thought idea might be "It'd be nice to get outside today and take the dog for a walk". If we actually follow through, we move just a little closer to our goal to exercise more regularly. Try writing down your goal-supporting ideas for the next three days. How many did you have? How many did you follow through on?
